Licensing rate card
The ladder runs one user, five, ten, then unlimited. The first three are self serve on each title's page. The rest are annual licenses, and every one includes each licensed title plus every update published while your license is active.
Small teams, no quote required
Every publication is sold as a single user license: one named individual at one organization. When a handful of people need it, buy a seat pack straight from the title's page.
Five user license, $169 to $519 depending on the title. Ten user license, $289 to $889. Above ten people, the institutional license below is the better deal, and it lifts the restriction on intranets, learning management systems, and print distribution.

Current, and staying current
Payment rules move constantly. FedNow and RTP rules changed three separate times between November 2025 and October 2026. When a title is revised, licensees receive the new edition at no extra cost, so your people are never training on superseded rules.
Each title states the rules and rule versions it was checked against, with dates, so your compliance team knows exactly what it is relying on.
Delivered the way you need it
Every licensed title arrives as a print quality PDF and as a compressed file sized for email, so you can post it, print it, or send it without a file transfer service.
