SINGLE-USER COURSE ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT

By checking this box and completing this purchase, I agree that:

1. SINGLE-USER ENROLLMENT. This purchase enrolls one (1) named individual. My login is for my use only and may not be shared with anyone else. Certificates are issued only to the enrolled learner who completes the course requirements.

2. PERMITTED USE. The course videos, workbooks, quizzes, and other materials are licensed for my own professional development. They may not be recorded, copied, redistributed, resold, published, posted to a shared drive, intranet, or learning management system, or used to train or present to others. Training for a team or an institution requires a separately purchased group or institution license.

3. ADD-ON AND BUNDLE RATES. Discounted add-on and bundle rates apply only to the courses and learner named in this purchase and may not be transferred or combined with other offers unless stated.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. All course content, including videos, slides, workbooks, assessments, and certificates, is the property of Kevin Olsen LLC d/b/a Payments Professor. All rights reserved.

5. EDUCATIONAL CONTENT, NOT ADVICE. The courses are educational and do not constitute legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. Completing a course or earning a certificate does not guarantee compliance or examination outcomes. My institution remains solely responsible for its own compliance obligations.

6. VIOLATION. Any breach of this agreement immediately ends my access without refund and may subject me to legal liability.

7. EMAIL. I understand that I will receive emails related to this purchase and may receive other Payments Professor offers, and that I can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
